Alpine County Selects ComTech to Install 12 KW Solar Power System

When looking for a company to construct the Hawkins Peak Project, Alpine County required three things: quality, experience, and bond qualification. 

Hawkins Peak would have been a challenge for even the most experienced engineers. The install took place on an 11,000-foot mountaintop and would be utilized by the Alpine County Public Safety Organization and the Nevada and California Highway Patrol.

The project will provide full radio capability for over 30% of California and a large portion of Nevada, areas which previously had large gaps in communication coverage.
